SENDING PRINTS TO US

Each print kit is sent with instructions on how to take the prints.  Once you have taken the print it needs to be sent back to us so that we can make your personalised jewellery.

You can do this by either photographing the print and emailing it into us or sending back the original.  Please note that you will need to ensure that the print is photographed in daylight or in a light box.  It needs to be taken with a steady hand and be very clear.  If it’s blurry we cannot use it.  Please don’t be offended if we ask for another photograph, we want to ensure that you get the best piece of jewellery you can.

Always ensure you keep a copy of the print in case it gets damaged or lost in the post.
